Cassandra is both a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor and Barefoot Training Specialist®. She specialises in post-rehabilitation training and her clients include breast cancer survivors, patients with knee or spinal injuries, stroke, vertigo and osteoporosis. She is also experienced in helping women maintain their fitness from pregnancy through post-partum.
Always striving to enhance her knowledge and teaching methods, Cassandra attends various fitness programs and workshops each year, learning from industry experts and keeping up-to-date with the current best practices.
Cassandra is passionate in supporting her clients in their wellness journeys, particularly in the areas of fitness and nutrition.
